C. J. Ah You is an American football defensive end for the St. Louis Rams of the National Football League.
Signed by Rams as reserve/future (1/16/09)…member of Rams practice squad for entire 2008 season…signed as reserve/future (12/31/07)…spent final six weeks of 2007 season on Rams’ practice squad after being added (11/21/07)…spent preseason with Buffalo before being released (9/2/07)… entered the NFL as a seventh-round draft choice (239th overall) of the Buffalo Bills in the 2007 NFL Draft.
Played in eight career games with one start, tallying 18 tackles (13 solo), 1.0 sack, two passes defensed and three special teams tackles.
