Austen Lane is an American football defensive end for the Jacksonville Jaguars of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Jaguars in the fifth round of the 2010 NFL Draft.

Rugged, physical end who has ability to rush passer and also strong against the run … Regarded as top defensive player in FCS ranks … Scooped up a fumble and scored a TD in the Senior Bowl … Finished career with school-record 29 sacks and 55 tackles for loss … First player drafted by the Jaguars from Murray State in franchise history, and the highest-drafted player in school history.
